The programme is an advanced professional training in order to provide a profound overall education in membrane lightweight structures to a wide range of professionals, such as architects, engineers, craftsmen, managers and anyone else working in this field. The course is designed to be easily completed on a part-time basis. No admission or travel restrictions simplify participation for interested parties. Upon completion, students are awarded the IMS BAUHAUS Degree® Archineer®, a protected, internationally registered trademark exclusively licensed by our institute and well-known in the industry.

Workshops

With the Dlubal RFEM workshops, we want to support the students in learning the program-based design and calculation process of membrane structures. This programme supports online teaching and is intended to help the students work on the student project.

Of course, each student can use their own calculation and CAD program, but in this case we can provide limited support.

Topics

Based on the modules and the computer workshops a membrane structure project has to be worked out. The project has to be presented at the end of the course and is the final requirement to gain the IMS BAUHAUS Degree® Archineer®.
